Returnable Schedules definition

Returnable Schedules means the Schedules contained in Part T2.3 of the Tender Data and Part C2.1 of the Pricing Data, and “Bills of Quantities” means the document contained in Part C2.2 of the Pricing Data, as included in the Contract.”
Returnable Schedules means any schedule marked as a ‘Returnable Schedule’ which must be completed by the Respondent and submitted with its Offer.  Scope and Specification means the document created by or on behalf of Council and included in Schedule 1 of this ITO setting out the Supply which may be required to be carried out by the successful Respondent.  Site means the site or sites at which the Supply is to delivered, performed or be carried out.  Supply means the goods, services and works, as applicable, that: are being procured pursuant to this ITO, as described in the Scope and Specification.
Returnable Schedules means the Schedules contained in Part T2.2 of the Tender Data and Part C2.1 of the Pricing Data, and “Schedules of Quantities/Prices” means the document contained in Part C2.2 of the Pricing Data, as included in the Contract.

  • The Contractor shall sub-contract 40% of the work to Domestic Sub-contractors as listed in the Schedule of Sub-Contractors in the Returnable Schedules The Principal Agent and the Contractor shall at all times make sure that the work complies with the relevant specifications, standards and norms as contained in this tender.

  • The notification must be done in the form of the pro forma included under Returnable Schedules (The Occupational Health and Safety Act) of the tender document.
