Returnable Schedule definition

Returnable Schedule means any Schedule marked ‘Returnable Schedules’ which must be completed by the Respondent and submitted with its Offer.

  • If this Invitation to Offer is not for an expression of interest process, the amount of money which the Respondent offers to carry out the Supply must be included in the Pricing Schedule and the completed schedule of the Respondent’s details (Returnable Schedule 1).

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Product Schedule means a schedule which sets out the details, terms and conditions applicable to the license and supply of a Product in the form set out in Schedule 1;

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
