Returnable Documents definition

Returnable Documents means the following documents:
Returnable Documents means all the documents, Sections and Annexures, as listed in the tables below. There are three types of returnable documents as indicated below and Respondents are urged to ensure that these documents are returned with the quotation based on the consequences of non-submission as indicated below: Returnable Document in Transnet affording Respondents a further opportunity to submit by a set deadline. Should a Respondent thereafter fail to submit the requested documents, this may result in a Respondent’s disqualification.
Returnable Documents means the SBD1 Form provided in paragraph 1, the forms described in paragraph 26.1, B-BBEE certificate as per paragraph 18.1, the tax compliance requirement set out in paragraph 37, due diligence declaration required by paragraph 38.2 and all information required by Section 9.

More Definitions of Returnable Documents

Returnable Documents means this RFP Document, initialled on each page and signed in full on the last page by or on behalf of a Respondent;
