Return Transfer definition

Return Transfer means the transfer of USD, Euro, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum Classic, Ether, Litecoin or Ripple back to the respective Address or Bank Account the Participant has transferred the Amount from; a Return Transfer is made if the Developer does not accept an Offer.

Examples of Return Transfer in a sentence

  • Each of the parties agrees to take such actions and steps as may be reasonably requested by the other party to effect the Return Transfer set forth in Section 2.1, including without limitation to execute and deliver any required filings with governmental authorities.

Related to Return Transfer

  • Proposed Transfer means any assignment, sale, offer to sell, pledge, mortgage, hypothecation, encumbrance, disposition of or any other like transfer or encumbering of any Transfer Stock (or any interest therein) proposed by any of the Investors.
