Return to Employment. The teacher shall notify the District in writing of the teacher’s intentions to return or not to return to work the following school year no later than April 1, or a date mutually agreed upon at the time the leave was approved. A teacher returning from child care leave shall be reemployed in a position for which licensed and qualified unless previously discharged or placed on unrequested leave of absence.

Examples of Return to Employment in a sentence
