Return Rights definition

Return Rights. See Article XVI, Section 1, Subd. 3 and 4. Subd. 3. A teacher on this leave shall have: A. Seniority accrue. B. ▇▇▇▇ leave will continue to be accrued and will be reimbursed by ▇▇▇▇ at the daily rate of pay of AHEM President. C. Continuance of payroll retirement, and health and hospitalization, dental, life, and long term disability benefits. AHEM is to reimburse these costs.
Return Rights. For certificated staff, this position will be a one-year commitment with return rights to the surplus list for the 2023-24 school year.
Return Rights. For certificated staff, this position will be a one-year commitment with rights to the surplus list for the 2024-25 school year. For the Blended Learning TOSA position, this is a one-year position (2023-24 school years) with rights to the surplus list for the 2024-25 school year.

Examples of Return Rights in a sentence

  • Return Rights The President and Vice-President will have the right to return to the same position or in another position in the same job classification and the same geographic area as determined by the Employer, provided such reemployment is not in conflict with other articles in this Agreement.

  • Employees who use 26 weeks or more of paid leave (12 weeks of leave under Section 11.a. and the first 14 weeks of leave under Section 11.c.) and who return to work before or upon the exhaustion of the paid leave will have the same return rights as described in Subsection a., Return Rights after paid leave is exhausted, if the absence is more than 26 weeks (12 weeks of leave under Section 11.a. and the first 14 weeks of leave under Section 11.c.) are in accordance with Subsection b.

  • Subject: Return Rights It is understood in the application of Article 14.14 - Seniority that within any occupation, an employee with return rights to a senior classification of the occupation will be considered to have return rights to lower classifications of the same occupation, provided he can satisfactorily perform the work under the requirements of Article 14.08(A).

  • Return Rights to Former Assignment During Trial Period: Should the Registered Nurse fail to qualify for the new assignment or elect to return to the former assignment during the trial/probationary period, said Registered Nurse shall be returned to his/her former assignment if unfilled, or to a comparable assignment if his/her former assignment has been filled.

  • The RD is responsible for informing the CDG/AAF Program Manager of these anticipated performance deficiencies and providing recommendations for rectifying the problem(s) through training, counseling, suspension or removal from the CDG/AAF Program via invocation of the Organizational Return Rights and Command Endorsement Agreement.

  • Return Rights 21 The President and Vice-President will have the right to return to the same or a comparable 22 position, provided such position is vacant or occupied by a temporary employee, and 23 provided such reemployment is not in conflict with other articles in this Agreement.

  • To the extent that the Agency has a need for and maintains an administrative return rights program, the program shall be administered in accordance with applicable directives, including EMP 1.16 Return Rights, FAPM Letter ▇▇▇-▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇-▇.▇ Home Leave, and this Agreement.

Related to Return Rights

  • Return envelope means the envelope, described in Subsection 20A-3a-202(4), provided to a voter with a manual ballot:

  • Courier means any armed person who transports or offers to transport from one place to another

  • Financial Transmission Right Option means a right to receive Transmission Congestion Credits as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 5.2.2(c), and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 5.2.2(c).

  • Return Date means the date on which the Insured is scheduled to return to the point where the Trip started or to a different specified Return Destination. This date is specified in the travel documents.

  • Personal Effects means personal items regularly worn or carried on the person for his/her personal use, for example clothing, watch, wallet.
