Return Price definition

Return Price for any unit of Product shall mean the amount originally billed Tech Data for such unit less any rebates or amounts with respect to such unit actually paid or credited by AT&T PARADYNE to Tech Data, but shall not include any deductions or offsets for cash, prepaid or early paid discounts.
Return Price for any unit of Product shall mean the amount originally billed Distributor for such unit less any rebates with respect to such unit actually paid or credited by Macromedia to Distributor.
Return Price means, with respect to a Denied Receivable, an amount equal to (x) either the Purchase Price or the increase in the capital account of the applicable Provider with respect to the prior contribution thereof, in each case, of such Denied Receivable, minus (y) any cash received from the Obligor in a Lockbox Account with respect to such Denied Receivable, plus (z) accrued and unpaid interest on such amount calculated at the interest rate then in effect under the Loan Agreement on the average outstanding difference between clauses (x) and (y) from and including the Business Day following the Transfer Date of such Denied Receivable to the date the Return Price is received by the Purchaser.

  • Congestion Price means the congestion component of the Locational Marginal Price, which is the effect on transmission congestion costs (whether positive or negative) associated with increasing the output of a generation resource or decreasing the consumption by a Demand Resource, based on the effect of increased generation from or consumption by the resource on transmission line loadings, calculated as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.

  • Valuation Price means in respect of a Valuation Date and any relevant Scheduled Trading Day, the price of the Reference Asset at the Valuation Time on such day, as determined by the Determination Agent.
