Return on Shareholders. Equity" for a Plan Year means the percentage that Operating Profits for the year is of Shareholders' Equity for the year.
Return on Shareholders. Equity" or "ROSE" means, for a Corporation, the percentage computed by dividing Adjusted Net Income by Average Shareholders' Equity.
