Return Exchange definition

Return Exchange shall be defined as the exchange of an amount of Electronic Money in the Sejf Account of the User for non-cash funds that are transferred by the Issuer to the Current Account of the User specified on the basis of these General Conditions. A "Current Account" shall be defined as an account of the User administered by a bank, savings or loan institution that is a direct participant in the interbank payment system of the Czech Republic, CERTIS (Czech Express Real Time Interbank Gross Settlement system), unless explicitly established otherwise by these General Conditions. "Sejf Account Replenishment" (depositing money in Sejf) shall be defined as the exchange of actually remitted funds in Czech crowns by the User to the benefit of the Issuer in exchange for Electronic Money and its registering to the User Account of the given User by a rate of exchange of (at a ratio of) 1:1. The "Collection Account" shall be defined as the account of the Issuer announced by the Issuer on the website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇. The "Quarantine Account" shall be defined as the Account in the Sejf Electronic Money System to which Electronic Money is registered in cases that it cannot be registered to any User or Partner account (e.g. in cases when it does not constitute a properly identified payment during Sejf Account Replenishment or in cases when the execution of an Electronic Money transfer order would result in exceeding the amount specified in Article VII of this agreement in the amount by which such a payment exceeds the above mentioned limit). A "Mailbox" shall be defined as Sejf information channel which the Issuer can use to send messages to the User in the Sejf Application in the Registered Mobile Telephone.

  • All products sold at the website or application are subject to return, exchange and cancellation according to our Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy available at the website or application and this is read an accepted by you.

  • The contracting parties have agreed that all costs which the Issuer incurs in association with a Return Exchange carried out according to Article XII paragraph 4 of these General Conditions shall be required to be paid by the User.

  • The consent of the User with the Return Exchange cannot be revoked.

  • Return Exchange of Electronic Money shall be governed by the provisions of §124a through 124c of the Act on Payment Systems and shall be carried out to the extent required by the User unless in conflict with these General Conditions or generally binding legal statutes.

  • Information on such a manner of executing a Return Exchange and the manner of entering such a payment transaction shall be provided to the Partner by the Issuer to the infoline whose MSISDN has been made available to the User in accordance with Article XX of these General Conditions.

  • An order for Return Exchange is entered by the User in the Sejf Application.

  • Funds will be disbursed to the Quarantine Account or via Return Exchange to the person who can prove to the Issuer that such funds belong to them.

  • The limit for Return Exchange shall not apply in cases where the User has completed Personalised Registration.
