Return Acceptance Certificate definition

Return Acceptance Certificate means the certificate substantially in the form of Appendix 7 to be executed and delivered by Lessor and Lessee at Return.
Return Acceptance Certificate means the acceptance certificate to be delivered by Lessor to Lessee pursuant to Section 4.6 of this Schedule 1 in the form of Attachment 2 to Annex 1 to this Schedule 1.
Return Acceptance Certificate means the Return Acceptance Certificate to be executed and delivered by Lessor and countersigned by Lessee on the Redelivery Date, substantially in the form of Schedule H hereto.

  • Upon return of the Aircraft in accordance with the terms of this Lease, LESSEE will prepare and execute two (2) Return Acceptance Certificates in the form and substance of Exhibit I and LESSOR will countersign and return one such Return Acceptance Certificate to LESSEE.

More Definitions of Return Acceptance Certificate

Return Acceptance Certificate means a certificate in the form of EXHIBIT D-3 to be completed by Lessor pursuant to Section 18.06.
