RETS definition

RETS means the real estate transaction specification which is a document that defines a series of computer interactions called transactions and serves as the definitive reference source for developers who implement them. It establishes the parameters for each specified transaction, both upload and download, as well as the expected behaviors and results that compliant hosts and clients must be able to manage, including error codes.
RETS means the Real Estate Transaction Standard for the electronic transmission of real estate information developed by the National Association of REALTORS® and the RETS Working Group to establish standardized procedures therefore.
RETS means Real Estate Title Services, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company.

Examples of RETS in a sentence

  • Buyer, as transferee, shall accept the Standing Order request within the PJM EIS GATS or M- RETS within thirty (30) days of receipt of such Standing Order request.

  • Buyer, as transferee, shall accept the properly submitted Standing Order request within the PJM-EIS GATS or M- RETS within thirty (30) days of receipt of such properly submitted Standing Order request.

  • This provision shall not limit or otherwise restrict Smart MLS’ ability to terminate access to the RETS Data as provided elsewhere in this Agreement.

  • I understand that I will be charged an additional $5.00 per month for RETS Access to the IDX Sold data beyond any charges detailed above.

  • In North Carolina, the Commission has established a Renewable Energy Tracking System (NC RETS) to register and certify RECs produced from renewable energy projects providing one REC for every 1,000 kWh of electricity it produces and delivers to electric systems.

  • You further acknowledge and agree that in the event that San Diego MLS, in its sole discretion, determines that Your or Vendor’s queries or other interactions with the RETS IDX server or any other portion of San Diego MLS’s technology system is harmful to San Diego MLS or the performance of San Diego MLS’s technology system, San Diego MLS may immediately temporarily suspend Your or Vendor’s access to the RETS IDX server, the IDX Data or any other portion of San Diego MLS’s technology system.

  • FAR at its sole discretion may deny RETS server access to Receiving Party.

  • Furniture means articles of which wood, reeds, rattan, cane, seagrass or metal comprise the whole or part and such as are usually made or assembled by cabinet makers, assemblers in the furnishing trades, chair and couch makers, upholsterers, wood carvers, or wood turners; and
