Retroactive Contribution definition

Retroactive Contribution means a contribution made on a retroactive basis in respect of a period of Qualified Military Service in accordance with section 5.4.

  • Elective Contribution means the Employer contributions to the Plan of Deferred Compensation excluding any such amounts distributed as excess “annual additions” pursuant to Section 4.11(a).
