Retirement Facility definition

Retirement Facility means a facility that:
Retirement Facility means a residential use of premises for supervised accommodation where the use includes medical and other support facilities for residents who cannot live independently and require regular nursing or personal care.

Examples of Retirement Facility in a sentence

  • No actions, suits or proceedings before any court, or any government body or authority pertaining to the Assets, the operation of the Park Place Independent Living and Retirement Facility, the transaction contemplated by this Agreement or to its consummation thereof shall have been instituted or threatened on or before the Closing Date.

  • Seller agrees to timely pay and satisfy in full all amounts due for products, goods, supplies, inventory and services received or performed at the Park ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Living Retirement Facility prior to the Closing Date.

Related to Retirement Facility

  • Retirement system means a retirement plan or system that is established by or pursuant to title 38.

  • Retirement Date means the date as of which a Participant retires for reasons other than Total and Permanent Disability, whether such retirement occurs on a Participant's Normal Retirement Date, Early or Late Retirement Date (see Section 6.1).

  • Retirement means Normal or Early Retirement.

  • Retirement Eligible means that the Participant has either attained age 55 and completed ten (10) years of Service as an Employee or attained age 60 and completed five (5) years of Service as an Employee.

  • Normal Retirement Date means the later of the Normal Retirement Age or Termination of Employment.
