Retiree Status definition

Retiree Status means, with respect to a Participant, the Participant's having a combined Age and Years of Service of 70 or greater after giving the Chief Executive Officer of the Company six months notice of retirement and signing a two-year non-competition agreement (except to the extent the Committee waives the requirement to give such notice or to sign such agreement).
Retiree Status means, with respect to a Participant, the Participant's having a combined age (including all years, months and days of attained age) and Years of Service of 68 or greater after giving the Chief Executive Officer of the Company one year's notice of retirement and signing a two-year non-competition agreement.

Examples of Retiree Status in a sentence

  • Definition: The Process Retiree Status Percentage shall mean the number of times Service Provider processes the retirees in the Covered Population’s benefit elections within three (3) business days of Service Provider’s receipt of a status change request divided by the total number of times Service Provider receives such status change request received during the month.
