Retiree Committee definition

Retiree Committee means the official committee of retired employees first appointed by the United States Trustee in the Chapter 9 Case on August 22, 2013 (Docket No. 566), as such committee may be reconstituted, solely in its capacity as such.
Retiree Committee means the official committee of non-union retired employees appointed by the United States Trustee in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code, as such committee may be reconstituted from time to time.
Retiree Committee means the committee of retirees of the Debtors, appointed by the U.S. Trustee on January 8, 2014, pursuant to order of the Bankruptcy Court entered on December 23, 2013.
