Reticulation Works definition

Reticulation Works means the internal distribution pipes for water and sewerage within the Land that specifically serves the Land. Sewerage Treatment Works means sewerage treatment works and effluent management works. Sewer Collection Systems means trunk mains, pumping stations and rising mains used for and in relation to the collection of sewerage.

Related to Reticulation Works

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project Facilities in accordance with this Agreement;
