RETF definition

RETF means the Employment and Training Foundation, a legal entity established or to be established under the laws of Republika Srpska and includes any successor thereto acceptable to the Association;
RETF means a trust fund that is used to finance activities that a Grant Recipient implements and a World Bank Group entity appraises and supervises;
