Retention Unit definition

Retention Unit means a notional interest granted under the Plan, with each such Retention Unit representing a right to receive payment of a proportionate interest of each Annual Retention Pool, subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations set forth herein and in the applicable Award Agreement.
