Retention Term definition

Retention Term has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10.
Retention Term means the period of time from the Effective Date until the earlier to occur of (i) the termination by Company of Executive’s employment with Company, or (ii) March 15, 2008.

Related to Retention Term

  • Retention Period means the time period that the Customer Data is stored within the cloud storage, as specified in the product addenda.

  • Severance Term means the eighteen (18) month period following Executive’s termination by the Company without Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Executive for Good Reason.

  • Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.

  • Restriction Termination Date means the first day on which the Board of Directors of the Corporation determines that it is no longer in the best interests of the Corporation to attempt to, or continue to, qualify as a REIT.

  • Retention Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement.
