Retention Segment definition

Retention Segment means a Segment added to a PNR for the purposes of keeping that PNR active past when it would otherwise be re-captured by the Travelport System. A Retention Segment will not be considered an Improper Segment.
Retention Segment means a Segment added to a PNR for the purposes of keeping that PNR ***Confidential Information has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to this omitted information. active past when it would otherwise be re-captured by the Travelport System. A Retention Segment will not be considered an Improper Segment. “Segment” means a reservation that is made by Subscriber, directly or indirectly including by the Distribution Partners, in a Travelport System (including without limitation any reservation constituting a uAPI Segment) for the services of an air, car or hotel Vendor that participates in a Travelport System at or above the Full Service Level, and which: • is made via a POS in North America or Europe; • is not cancelled by anyone, (***); • any Travelport Group Company receives a Participation Fee from the Vendor or a (***) from Subscriber; • is not an Improper Segment made by Subscriber; and • is not a Passive Segment.

Related to Retention Segment

  • Continuous monitoring system means the total equipment, required under the emission monitoring section in applicable subsections used to sample and condition (if applicable), to analyze, and to provide a permanent record of emissions or process parameters.

  • Continuous emission monitoring system or "CEMS" means the equipment required under section 11 of this rule to sample, analyze, measure, and provide, by means of readings recorded at least once every fifteen (15) minutes, using an automated data acquisition and handling system (DAHS), a permanent record of nitrogen oxides emissions, stack gas volumetric flow rate, stack gas moisture content, and oxygen or carbon dioxide concentration, as applicable, in a manner consistent with 40 CFR 75*. The following systems are the principal types of continuous emission monitoring systems required under section 11 of this rule:

  • Retention Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement.

  • Continuous Shift Work means work done by separate relays of employees where the hours of work are regularly rotated in accordance with a shift roster covering a 24 hour per day operation over a 7 day week.

  • Continuous work means work carried on with consecutive shifts of employees throughout the 24 hours of each of at least six consecutive days without interruption except during breakdowns or meal breaks or due to unavoidable causes beyond the control of the employer.
