Retention Loan Notes definition
Retention Loan Notes means the loan notes constituted by the Retention Loan Note Instrument and to be issued by the Buyer in favour of the Principal Shareholders on Completion;
Retention Loan Notes means the bank guaranteed loan notes in the agreed form of an aggregate principal amount of up to £89,822.73 as set out in columns 8 and 9 of the Completion Allocation Schedule to be issued by the Purchaser under the Loan Note Instrument to certain of the Vendors in accordance with the provisions of clause 3;
Retention Loan Notes means the loan notes to be issued by the Purchaser pursuant to Clause 3 which are in the form of the retention loan note instrument in the agreed form.
