Retention Incentive definition

Retention Incentive means the compensation the Covered Executive will be provided pursuant to Section 4.
Retention Incentive means that portion of a Participant’s award under the Bank’s short-term Variable Incentive Compensation Plan (“VIP”), if any, that is subject to forfeiture under the terms of the VIP.
Retention Incentive shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.10(b).

Examples of Retention Incentive in a sentence

  • The Retention Incentive shall be processed within two (2) pay periods of the completion of the required service hours.

  • The Nurse Retention Incentive does not apply to employees who have already achieved the required years of service (service hours) as of the date of adoption of this agreement.

  • Receipt of the Retention Incentive is conditioned on Officer not being in violation of any material term of this Agreement.

  • The Retention Incentive shall become payable on the last day of the Term, or earlier if the Executive dies or is terminated by reason of Disability, or is terminated by Buyer or Buyer Bank for reasons other than Cause.

  • Non-exempt Public Health Nurse employees that qualify pursuant to the Public Health Nurse Retention Incentive Program Policy shall be paid incentive compensation as follows: Retention incentive pay will be payable annually, up to year five in each Public Health Nursing classification, on an eligible employee’s position anniversary date.

  • The Retention Incentive shall be paid in equal installments over twelve (12) months, starting on the next regular payday following the first anniversary of the Change in Control.

  • The amount of the Employee Retention Incentive will be based upon the verified job offer and shall match the difference between the employee’s current annual base wage and the amount of the offer, not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the employee’s current annual base wage.

  • Company and Employee acknowledge that Employee has fully vested in his or her right to receive payments under the Retention Incentive Agreement dated September 1, 2001 entered into by IITRI and Employee, attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement, and that such Retention Incentive Agreement has been assigned to, and assumed by, the Company and remains in effect in its original form and is incorporated herein by reference.

  • Employees shall only be eligible for one Employee Retention Incentive within a 24-month period.

  • This payment will be made on the latter of the Effective Date or the date the first payment of all or a portion of the April 6, 2001 scheduled payment is made to employees of the Company generally, pursuant to the Retention Incentive Plan adopted in May 2000, as amended.

Retention Incentive means a cash award as described in Section 2 hereof.
Retention Incentive means Retention Incentive prescribed in subclause (5) of this Appendix.
Retention Incentive means that portion of a Participant’s award under the Bank’s VIP, if any, that is subject to forfeiture under the terms of the VIP or, as applicable, the portion of a Temporary Incentive Plan (or annual incentive plan) award subject to forfeiture under the terms of the TIP or other applicable incentive plan.
