Individuals who have a diagnosis of Antisocial Personality Disorder, Mental Retardation, Learning Disorders, Autistic Disorders, Delirium, Dementia or Amnestic and other Cognitive Disorders and Substance Use Disorders, but none of the psychiatric diagnoses noted above, are considered to have a co-occurring disorder for the purposes of this protocol.

Each Member’s Service Plan must also be well coordinated with the Member’s family and community support systems, including Independent Living Centers, Area Agencies on Aging and Mental Retardation Authorities.
Grantee shall report service delivery data in the Mental Retardation and Behavioral Health Outpatient Warehouse (MBOW).
In Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Corrections locked bulletin boards shall be provided in the institutions.
