Retained Number definition

Retained Number means the quotient, rounded up to the next even integer, obtained by dividing (i) $130,000,000 by (ii) the Per Share Price.
Retained Number has the meaning given to such term in the Transition Services Agreement.

Examples of Retained Number in a sentence

  • For the purposes hereof, the term “Excess Charges” means (a) any Retained POP Charges or Uncovered LATA Charges with respect to the affected Retained POP or Retained Uncovered LATA (as the case may be) or (b) any Retained Number Charges as set forth on the applicable tabs of the spreadsheet attached as Exhibit B, that would, in each case, not have been incurred but for a Continued Migration Failure.

  • Subject to Section 2.7 hereof, Level 3 shall pay ICG the Retained Number Charges, the Retained POP Charges, the Uncovered LATA Charges, and the Management Fee monthly on or before the 15th day after the end of the calendar month in which the charges were incurred.

Related to Retained Number

  • Specified Number means the number of Public Sources specified in the applicable Terms or, if a number is not so specified, two.

  • Permitted Number means one (1) unless otherwise indicated under a valid license (e.g. volume license) granted by Investintech or agreed to in writing by Investintech.

  • CAS number means the Chemical Abstract Service registry number identifying a particular substance.

  • DUNS Number means a unique nine digit identification number provided by Dun & Bradstreet for each physical location of Grantee’s organization. Assignment of a DUNS Number is mandatory for all organizations seeking an Award from the state of Illinois.

  • SOFR Adjustment means 0.10% (10 basis points).
