  • Hospital Retained Authority: The Hospital retains direct, independent authority over the appointment and/or dismissal, in its sole discretion, of the facility’s management level employees (including but not limited to, the Facility/Service Administrator/Director, the Medical Director, the Director of Nursing, the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer) and all licensed or certified health care staff.

  • As you also know, A14SS was selected by the ▇▇▇▇▇ School Board and approved as the external management partner for the District, and consequently the Board delegated to A14SS “all formal decision-making authority, subject to the Colorado Constitution, statutes, and the defined Retained Authority of the Board.” The District cannot remove A14SS from its management position without the Board’s determination that “good cause” exists to do so.

  • The Authority Access Easement specifically includes the right of the Authority Parties to traverse any portion of the Property, whether by use of a Road (defined below) or otherwise, including even such areas that may be leased to or occupied by third parties, as reasonably necessary to access the Retained Authority Property and/or Possum Kingdom Lake (the “Lake”) for the purposes set forth herein.
