Retained Assignment definition

Retained Assignment means an assignment given to RW exclusively by the Client where the fee will be paid in accordance with Clause 3(5) below.

Retained Assignment means the Company is instructed to assist a Client in recruiting Candidate(s) for one or more Assignments on a retained basis; whereby the Client agrees to pay a staggered Introduction Fee, as estimated by the Company and agreed with the Client. All Introduction Fees shall be non-refundable in respect to Retained Assignment(s).
