Retail User means a client or consumer of the Customer's goods or services who accesses or uses the Ferryhawk Platform to book transport with the Customer.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the transfer of land to the Retail User occurs on or before July 1, 2014, and the City receives evidence of the same, the City shall complete the sanitary sewer extension and base, binder and curb portions of the City’s 2014 Project no later than December 31, 2014 and shall complete the remaining portions not later than May 1, 2015.

  • You are an “In-Scope User” if You are either a Retail User or an Indirect Commercial User, as defined below.

  • At any time the Retail User is in the Premises, Tenant may have a representative of Tenant present.

  • A Commercial Retail User shall be referred to herein as a "Generator".
