Retail Rate Litigation means the litigation pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, currently on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit (Case #96-CV-1735) and the litigation pending in the Circuit Court of ▇▇▇▇ County, Illinois, County Department, Chancery Division, affirmed, in part, and vacated, in part by the Appellate Court of Illinois, First District (Consolidated Action Docket Nos. 96 CH 2560 and 96 CH 12873) and remanded to the Circuit Court.
