Determination of the System Retail Load for Real Time Market Settlement.
This multi-step process includes the determination of the System Retail Load and Retail Customer loads by CL&P Metering Domain, determination of all supplier loads including those of the Standard Service and LRS providers, determination and reporting of the On-Peak CLQ(s) and Off-Peak CLQ(s), as well as any adjustments to those values.
