Truck lessor means a person who holds the legal title to any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer
Retail seller means any person that sells any dangerous drug to consumers without assuming control over and responsibility for its administration. Mere advice or instructions regarding administration do not constitute control or establish responsibility.
Ground Lessor means each lessor that has executed a Ground Lease (collectively, the “Ground Lessors”).
Merchant lessee means a lessee that is a merchant with respect to goods of the kind subject to the lease.

Retail tobacco store means a retail store utilized primarily for the sale of tobacco products and accessories and in which the sale of other products is merely incidental.
Retail Property means each Property listed on Part I of Schedule 6.1.(f) hereto as a Retail Property and any other Property, a substantial use of which is the retail sale of goods and services, which may include a Property that is part of a Mixed-Use Project.
Dealer-operator means the individual who works at the established place of business of a dealer
Sublessee means any Person for so long, but only so long, as such Person is in possession of the Airframe and/or any Engine pursuant to the terms of a Sublease which is then in effect pursuant to Section 7(b)(x) of the Lease.
Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.
Ground Lessee means the Owner Lessor as lessee of the Ground Interest under the Facility Site Lease.
