Retail, general means the retail sale of groceries, beverages, household goods, furniture, appliances, hardware, printed matter, confectionery, tobacco, pharmaceutical and personal care items, automotive parts and accessories, office equipment, stationary, video sales and rentals and similar goods within an enclosed building. Retail, general means a use where the sale of goods and services occur in a building with a Gross Floor Area between 1,000.0 - 4,000.0 m2. Typical uses include a bank, clothing store or pharmacy, but does not include Retail (Groceries).
