Retail Distribution Review definition

Retail Distribution Review means the Authority’s rules, effective from 1 January 2013, governing the sale of investment products to retail customers;

  • As an advisory service is not offered for Retail Clients (or clients of any FCA classification), the provisions of the FCA’s Retail Distribution Review regulations shall not apply.
