Retail Day definition

Retail Day means any day on which a physical retail store owned or operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is open for business.

Examples of Retail Day in a sentence

  • As set forth in the Operating Procedures, the Company shall collect Charge Transaction Data and shall prepare and deliver a Settlement File to the Bank on each Retail Day.

  • If any Retail Day falls on any day other than a Business Day the Bank will process the Settlement File for payment on the next Business Day.

  • None of the information or documents furnished to PHS or any of its representatives and none of the representations or warranties contained herein is false or misleading or omits to state a material fact required to be stated therein or herein in order to make the statements therein or herein not misleading.

  • If the Charge Transaction Data is received after 9:00 am (Eastern time) on any Retail Day, or at any time on a day other than a Retail Day on which the Bank is open for business, the Bank shall process the Charge Transaction Data for payment before 6:00 pm (Eastern time) on the following Business Day.

  • The Bank will remit to the Company by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the Company’s designated settlement account, by 12:00 pm CT of each such Retail Day, an amount equal to the Net Amount Due Dillard’s (as such term is defined in the Operating Procedures) set forth in the Settlement File delivered on such Retail Day; provided that if the Retail Day is not a Business Day such amount will be paid by 12:00 pm CT on the next Business Day.

  • On each Retail Day, Company will electronically transmit to Bank the Charge Transaction Data for each Retail Day’s Purchases in Company Channels (including credits, returns, In-Store Payments received, and other adjustments with respect to such Purchases) in a “tap trans file” or other form and format determined by Bank.

  • As set forth in the Operating Procedures, the Bank shall collect Charge Transaction Data on each Retail Day and the Company shall prepare and deliver the Audit File (as such term is defined in the Operating Procedures) to the Bank on each Business Day.

  • If Charge Transaction Data is received by the Bank's processing center on or before 9:00 am (Eastern time) on any Retail Day on which the Bank is open for business, the Bank shall process the Charge Transaction Data and initiate an ACH for the payment in respect thereof before 6:00 pm (Eastern time) on the same Retail Day.
