Retail Category means the portion of the Net Offer, being not less than 35% of the Offer, available for allocation to Retail Individual Bidders as per the SEBI ICDR Regulations, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price;
Retail Category means Portion of the Net Offer being not less than 35% of the Net Offer which shall be available for allocation to Retail Individual Bidders (subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price), which shall not be less than the minimum Bid Lot subject to availability in the Retail Portion.
