Resumed Service definition

Resumed Service shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

Resumed Service means any Transition Service which has been terminated at which Liberty's request, including but not limited to any Scheduled Service or Unspecified Service that has been stopped or otherwise terminated at Liberty's request, but which Liberty requests OBIC to resume.

Examples of Resumed Service in a sentence

  • Each Resumed Service shall be provided in the same terms and conditions as it was provided prior to its termination as they may be amended from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
