Examples of Result Announcement Date in a sentence

  • To the extent that the Buyer and the Seller are unable to reach agreement prior to the Result Announcement Date on the employees selected and their proposed allocations for purposes of payment of the Contingent Bonus Amount, the Buyer shall pay the Contingent Bonus Amount (or the relevant portion thereof) to the Seller, in cash or Buyer Common Stock or any combination thereof, in the Buyer’s sole discretion, in accordance with Section 2.10(e).
