Resub-division definition

Resub-division means rearrangement and subdivision of a tract comprising a group of lots, parcels, streets and/or alleys, or any combination of lots, parcels, streets and/or alleys.

  • LLC Division means the statutory division of any limited liability company into two or more limited liability companies pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act or a comparable provision of any other Law.

  • Delaware LLC Division means the statutory division of any Delaware LLC into two or more Delaware LLCs pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.

  • Merger Sub Board means the board of directors of Merger Sub.

  • Public Sector Entity means a government organization, local public body or participating jurisdiction, each as defined in the Procurement Services Act and includes a person, other than the government, a government organization, a local public body or a participating jurisdiction, provided the requirements set out in section 2(2) of the Procurement Services Act have been met, that has entered into an Access Agreement with the Province and appears on the Province’s list of eligible purchasers;

  • Division board means the board of the title guaranty division created pursuant to Iowa Code section 16.2A(1).
