Restructured Portfolio definition
Restructured Portfolio means, with respect to the Issuer, the outstanding principal balance of all past due Client Loans that have been renegotiated or modified to either lengthen or postpone the originally scheduled instalments of principal, or to substantially alter the original terms, of such Client Loans.
