After the Restriction Release Date, PTI shall have no responsibility in connection with the maintenance of the Colonial Conduit.

As soon as practicable, and in any event within two Business Days after the occurrence of a Restriction Release Event, New SPAC shall remove, or cause to be removed, any such legend from the books and records of New SPAC evidencing the Restricted New SPAC Sponsor Shares that have been released.
