Restricted status definition

Restricted status means the status of a lawyer licensed in Minnesota who has voluntarily chosen not to comply with the educational and reporting requirements of these Rules. See Rule 12 for additional provisions.
Restricted status means a Covered Policy status implemented by Defendants to suspend all Covered Policy transactions, including billing, while Defendants confirm Covered Policy values and functions.
Restricted status means a Child or Young Person who is convicted or on remand, whose escape would present a serious risk to the public and who is required to be held in designated secure accommodation, as determined by the Authority or a Secure Establishment.
