Restricted Reserve definition

Restricted Reserve means the Restricted Reserve Account, the Primary Reserve, the Secondary Reserve and the Restricted Reserve Funds required by OAR 410-141-5285.
Restricted Reserve means liquid assets maintained in a segregated account by a care management organization.
Restricted Reserve or “RR” is defined as Section 3.3.15.
