Restricted Location definition

Restricted Location means any location where Backpack Exchange is not made available including without limitation any sanctioned jurisdiction and such other locations as specified by Backpack Exchange from time to time; and • are otherwise eligible to use the Services under Applicable Law; and • if you act as an employee or agent of a legal entity, and enter into this Agreement on their behalf, that you have all the necessary rights and authorizations to bind such legal entity and to access and use the Platform and Services on behalf of such legal entity.
Restricted Location means, as to any Customer as of the Closing Date, (i) each specific location of the Customer where one or more bottled water coolers or Bottleless Coolers were installed or in place as of the Closing Date, or, in the case of Water-Only Customers, where the Customer took delivery of bottled water as of the Closing Date, and (ii) in the case where a Customer moves or relocates after the Closing Date from any such specific location to another location (whether or not proximate to the original location), the replacement location.
Restricted Location means any place of business, operating facility, location or point-of-sale of any Surety Bond Party as to which the Surety Bond Party's agreement(s) or other obligations of any kind are guaranteed, secured or are otherwise the subject of any Liberty Bond.
