Restricted Expenses definition
Restricted Expenses means all expenses of the Fund, including without limitation (i) the general expenses of the Fund, (ii) the fees payable to the Adviser, the Fund's administrator, if any, the Fund's transfer agent and dividend paying agent, if any, and the Fund's custodian and (iii) registration fees and the costs and expenses of qualifying the Fund's shares for offer and sale under the Blue Sky laws of any jurisdiction where such shares may be qualified from time to time; but the Restricted
