Restricted eggs definition
Restricted eggs means shell eggs that are checks, dirties, incubator rejects, inedibles, leakers or loss. Except for the producer exemption provided in subsection (c), checks and dirties may be used for human food provided they are processed and pasteurized in an official plant.
