The changes in §50.75(e) specify that the trust should be an external trust fund in the United States, established under awritten agreement and with an entity that is a State or Federal government agency or an entity whose operations are regulated by a State or Federal agency.
If a Collaborator objects to the release of Information on the grounds that the Information is Proprietary Information, Restricted Access Information, or Information whose dissemination is restricted by U.S. security laws or regulations, the disclosure shall be postponed until the Information no longer meets the definitions of Proprietary Information, Restricted Access Information, or is no longer covered by U.S. security laws or regulations.
