Restocking Fees. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Dell error, Dell may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. Restocking Fees means the fees charged by Evident to defray the costs and expenses incurred by Evident in conjunction with the return of goods. Customer must complete a written Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) document prior to returning any goods to Evident. RMA’s may be requested by contacting ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Customer Service Center. Evident will not accept any returns, or issue any credits for returned goods without an RMA. All original containers and packing materials must be returned to receive proper credit. Credit or replacement will be given against the Customer’s account in Evident’s discretion; no cash refunds will be made. Evident reserves the right to charge a Repair Fee, Replacement Fee, or Restocking Fee, or any combination thereof, to be determined in Evident’s discretion, based on the condition of the returned goods. Returns Beyond 30 Days. Evident in its discretion may accept returns beyond thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of such goods. Evident will charge Repair, Restocking, and Replacement Fees, as applicable. Evident reserves the right to charge a Restocking Fee of 15% of the invoice price for such goods.

Examples of Restocking Fees in a sentence

  • The City reserves the right to charge the District, at rates established in the City’s adopted Fee Schedule, for Added Alternatives and Restroom Restocking Fees should they reserve City’s fields for event purposes.

Related to Restocking Fees

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;
