Restitution Fund definition

Restitution Fund means the monies collected by the Manhattan DA pursuant to agreements with certain subcontractors who performed work on behalf of the Debtor, which agreements, among other things, provided for the payment of fines.
Restitution Fund means any fund created as a result of any SEC enforcement proceeding or related settlement, the approval of which is solely in the discretion of the SEC.
