Restaurant Standards definition

Restaurant Standards means the standards set forth on Exhibit J. Right of First Use has the meaning ascribed in Article XV (JoePC’s right). Right of First Refusal has the meaning ascribed in Section 5.5 (City’s right). Room-Nights Available or Available Room-Nights means for any number days the number of Room-Nights available for sale or occupancy in that period as determined in accordance with the Uniform System and customary industry practice. Section, Subsection, Paragraph, Subparagraph, Clause, or Subclause followed by a number or letter means the section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, clause or subclause of this Lease so designated.
