Restaurant, Limited Service definition

Restaurant, Limited Service means a restaurant wherein wine, heavy beer and beer, is stored, sold and served for consumption on the premises, in conjunction with an order of food that is prepared, sold and served at the restaurant to the general public. Each restaurant must maintain at least 70% of its total restaurant business from the sale of food, as established by the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
Restaurant, Limited Service means a Restaurant with a maximum of two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet of floor area and total customer seating not to exceed forty (40) (3602- 04/03/2018).
