Restatement Acquisition definition

Restatement Acquisition means the acquisition separately identified by the Borrower to the Arrangers for which the purchase price is intended to be paid in part by the proceeds of the Term Loans.
Restatement Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower of all the outstanding shares of capital stock of GCC and certain of the assets and liabilities of GII pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and the other transactions contemplated by the Purchase Agreement and the execution and performance of the Non-Compete Agreement.
